Richard is a Director of Commercial Property Acquisitions at PropertyCashin. Growing up in a family of both hard working mechanics and entrepreneurial business owners, Richard opted for the entrepreneurial route at a young age. He has since facilitated over 700 real estate transactions in areas ranging from but not limited to residential, multi-family, retail, office, and entitled land. Richard has demonstrated time and time again an expertise in complex transactions with solving any problem thrown his way. When he’s not working, Richard enjoys traveling, the outdoors, and fishing with close family and friends.
